Together with two personal assistants around the clock, she receives support with everything from personal hygiene and meals to participating in life's small and big adventures. She enjoys walks, mushroom picking, doing puzzles, crafts, listening to music, and simply being in nature. As her assistant, you play an important role in finding fun, stimulating, and safe activities to do together with her. She has a mental health condition and sometimes feels very poorly. Due to self-harming behavior, she cannot be left alone. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, responsible, and has a genuine commitment to working with people with mental health issues. Experience with similar work is a merit, especially with self-harming behavior. We are looking for someone who: Is empathetic, stable, and present Has good collaboration skills but also enjoys working independently Can work long shifts (24-hour coverage) Has experience with or interest in working with mental health conditions Has a driver's license We place great importance on personal suitability.
