About the Position Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. It is important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. The woman is interested in food, animals, bathing, and nature. Sharing these interests would be considered an advantage. She values order and organization and likes having a neat and nice environment around her, which would be helpful if you are also an organized person. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of 60%. Working hours are Tue-Fri 10-16. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement.
