Description of the Personal Assistant Position We are looking for a personal assistant to a 52-year-old woman living in Bromölla. The woman has a mild developmental disability and cerebral palsy. She communicates independently and uses a wheelchair. We are now seeking hourly substitutes who can step in and work when regular assistants are sick or on vacation. Work shifts are divided throughout weekdays. This means the morning shift is 3 hours and the evening shift is 7-10 hours, so it would be a great advantage if you live in Bromölla. Perfect to combine with other work or studies. For transfers, both ceiling and floor lifts are used. Experience with these aids is desirable but not required. No requirements for education or previous care experience. However, we do require that you have your heart in the right place and that you are reliable.
