We are now seeking an engaged, responsible, and attentive personal assistant for a 16-year-old boy with extensive physical disabilities living in the area between Haninge and Huddinge. As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the customer's daily life, helping with daily activities both at home and during errands or leisure activities outside the home. Tasks include support with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals and tube feeding, as well as mobility assistance and use of various aids. You work closely with the customer and therefore need to be calm, attentive, and flexible with the ability to adapt to his needs and daily condition. We would appreciate if you: * Have strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written * Have experience working as a personal assistant or experience working with children and young people * At the customer's request, we prefer that you are female and between 25–50 years old Personal suitability is given significant weight. References will be requested, and since the customer is a minor, it is required that you provide an extract from the criminal record register. It is important that you order the extract that applies to work with children with disabilities via the Police website.
