We are seeking a personal assistant for a 9-year-old boy with autism and mild intellectual disability. He lives in an apartment in Ulricehamn. You should be a creative, confident, and positive problem-solver. As an assistant, you will be a supportive friend and provide guidance in his daily life. You must be comfortable with dogs and have no allergies, as the family has a dog. The position will include shifts with sleeping on-call duty. During the summer when the student is on school break, shifts will vary in nature. During the school year, shifts are scheduled for afternoons/evenings/nights, as well as weekends. Company Information Bärkraft Assistans AB provides assistance services for children, young people, and adults with disabilities who are entitled to personal assistance under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
