We are seeking a personal assistant for a 9-year-old boy with autism and mild developmental disability. He lives in an apartment in Ulricehamn. You need to be creative, confident, and a positive problem-solver. As an assistant, you will be a guiding friend and support him in his daily life. You need to be comfortable with dogs and not allergic, as the family has a dog. The position will include shifts with overnight on-call duty. During the summer when the client is on school break, there will be various types of shifts. During school time, shifts are scheduled in the afternoon/evening/night, including weekends. Company Information Bärkraft Assistans AB works with assistance for children, youth, and adults who have disabilities that qualify for personal assistance under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
