We are seeking someone to work as a personal assistant for a high school student who lives with her parents in a house in Hjortkvarn. She receives round-the-clock assistance and double assistance during evenings, nights, and weekends. No assistance is provided at school. You should be: Attentive and confident in yourself Thorough and responsible Flexible and self-motivated A person with your heart in the right place and a genuine desire to make a difference You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as documentation is an important part of the work. A driver's license is not required to perform the work tasks. However, public transportation to the workplace is limited, which means you need to be able to get to and from work on your own, for example by car. Experience in personal assistance or similar work is required. Experience as a nursing assistant is a plus. About the Assignment The client has diagnoses of CP, Epilepsy, Autism, CVI (visual impairment), and intellectual disability and needs help with most aspects of daily life. The work includes, among other things: Medication management Training according to physical therapist instructions (CP training) Play, activities, and daily routines Partial tube feeding Use of cough assist machine and PEP mask The client uses AAC images as communication support You work in the client's home and become an important part of her daily life and sense of security.
