About the Job We are now seeking a personal assistant for a little girl with epilepsy in Vikbolandet. She is non-verbal, but is very good at expressing her feelings and needs through different sounds and emotional expressions. She uses a wheelchair to get around. She lives with her parents and two siblings in a family-oriented and lively environment, where you as an assistant will become a natural part of everyday life. The work involves supporting her in daily routines, but also coming up with fun activities. She enjoys getting out, and there are good opportunities to go on outings since a car is available. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is social, easygoing, and good at interacting with both the child and the family. You are confident, attentive, and enjoy being active and doing things. You bring positive energy and have the ability to create a warm and fun everyday life. A driver's license is a merit, as it creates the opportunity to go out on activities. Experience with personal assistance or work with children is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the job. Specify in your application what you prefer. Evenings 15:30-21:00, overnight shifts 21:00-07:00. WAGES As an assistant at Vivida, you receive a fixed hourly base wage + vacation compensation and possible evening/night shift compensation. Collective agreement applies.
