About the Job We are now looking for a personal assistant for a little girl with epilepsy in Vikbolandet. She does not speak, but is very good at expressing what she feels and wants through various sounds and emotional expressions. She moves about with the help of a wheelchair. She lives with her parents and two siblings in a family-oriented and lively environment, where you as an assistant become a natural part of everyday life. The work involves supporting her in daily routines, but also finding fun activities. She enjoys getting out, and there are good opportunities for outings as a car is available. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is social, easygoing, and good at interacting with both the child and the family. You are confident, attentive, and enjoy being active and coming up with activities. You bring positive energy and have the ability to create a warm and fun everyday life. A driver's license is a merit, as it creates the opportunity to go out on activities. Experience in personal assistance or work with children is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the job. SALARY At Vivida, as an assistant you receive a fixed hourly base salary + vacation pay and any unsocial hours compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
