My name is Filip, I'm 34 years old, and I live in Kristianstad with good public transportation connections. I have a physical disability called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2. This means the signals between my nerves and muscles are weakened, which is why I need help with everything in my daily life, including breathing and transfers. I have dual assistance around the clock, which means you always work together with me and a colleague. This also means that presence, collaboration, and responsibility are crucial in every moment. My daily routine includes treatments and procedures that require high precision and responsibility. This means that as an assistant, you need to be attentive, follow instructions exactly, and understand that small mistakes can have consequences. There is no room for carelessness or lack of interest. The assignment, therefore, involves you as a personal assistant being able to perform manual transfers, personal care, training, and structure in my home. My interests include reading books and learning new things; I enjoy discussing with my assistants. I also play chess, which reflects that I enjoy analyzing, thinking strategically, and solving problems. It would be great if you appreciate that type of conversation, as it's a significant part of my daily life. As a candidate, you should have a genuine interest in helping me live my life on my own terms. I would prefer that you are flexible with times, calm and confident in yourself, and thorough in the work you perform, as it involves responsibility and important routines in my daily life. About the Position We are seeking new assistants for positions at 70-85% on a rotating 4-week schedule with dual assistance around the clock. Work shifts: day 7:30-15, evening 15-22, and every other weekend with longer shifts. We use Tidvis scheduling and time tracking. Salary according to the Fremia collective agreement. Qualifications: Non-smoker A cat lives in the home, so no allergies to pets The work involves transfers, so you should have the physical capability to lift and assist with such tasks. Most importantly: You are genuine and have a positive attitude toward me and your colleagues. You are reliable and want to contribute to a secure daily life.
