Personal Assistant for a 30-year-old man – Färjestaden We are seeking a personal assistant for a 30-year-old man with acquired brain injury living in Färjestaden with his family. The role involves providing individually tailored support in the client's daily life with the goal of creating security, participation, and good quality of life. Work as a personal assistant is varied and includes personal care, support with daily routines, training, and assistance with activities and mobility. The work is performed in the client's home, at the workplace, and in other environments where the client spends time. The position involves work during day, evening, and night shifts. Work periods are arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call duty during the night. We view flexibility and the ability to work as needed with short notice positively. You will be part of an established assistant team where collaboration, continuity, and professionalism are central aspects of the role. The position requires responsibility, attentiveness, and the ability to work based on the client's individual needs and routines. Qualifications We are looking for you who: • Have a professional and respectful manner • Are secure, stable, and responsible in your professional role • Have good collaboration skills and can work independently • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Have the ability to document and follow given procedures Experience with personal assistance, care, or work with neurological disabilities is desirable, but personal suitability will be given significant importance. As part of the hiring process, a criminal record check is required according to the organization's procedures.
