About the Position In the role as a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that comes up in their daily life. Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). Each person who has been granted assistance is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. The client's individual needs guide your workday, and the work may include, for example, help with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home. At Humana, it is important that both you as a new assistant and the client feel secure in your collaboration. That is why all new assistants receive a customized introduction, both to the professional role and to the specific client you will work with. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is good at building positive relationships, has strong commitment, is willing to take responsibility, and adapts easily to new situations. We are now looking for you who meets the following: want to work for a woman in her 70s living in Falun have good knowledge of Swedish have a B-category driver's license (you will drive the client's car while on duty) It is also advantageous if you: have experience with similar work have experience working with aphasia Work Hours and Employment Type As a summer temporary employee, you will work a temporary position on a schedule with our client, but we would like you to be able to continue as an hourly temporary employee after the summer. Working hours are scheduled between 8:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00, on both weekdays and weekends. Start Date The temporary position can begin immediately or by agreement. Working at Humana A requirement to begin employment at Humana is that you can present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. To be able to work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. What Happens Now?
