We want to help our clients live their own lives, the way they choose, with the support of their personal assistants. You should be meticulous, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following directions. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking initiative. It is also crucial that you listen to what the client wants and needs. We are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need prior experience, as the most important factor is that you have good personal chemistry with the client, but it is an advantage if you understand what working as a personal assistant entails. The client is a woman who uses a wheelchair and lives a very active lifestyle. Her primary interests are ice hockey and wheelchair dancing. It is important that you work independently as an assistant, helping with personal hygiene, mobility transfers, communication, activities, training, and all other daily routines. You will be part of a work team but will work independently with the client. It is essential that you are attentive, conscientious, take responsibility, and are secure in yourself. Trust is very important. You must be flexible with your tasks and working hours. Working hours vary, and you must be able to work days, evenings, and nights. You must have a strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as we have documentation obligations. This is a part-time position with immediate employment. Requirements: Non-smoker, valid driver's license, no pet allergies, and able to tolerate chlorine in swimming pools.
