About the Role As a personal assistant at Inova Assistans AB, you will play a crucial role in supporting and helping our users in their daily lives. Your tasks may range from assisting with hygiene routines, medication management, and cooking to providing social and reassuring presence. You will work independently but also as part of our team, and it is important that you have the ability to adapt to different situations. We Are Looking for Someone Who - Is empathetic, patient, and attentive. - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Is physically capable and can handle lifting and other physically demanding tasks. - Can work independently and make decisions on their own. - Has a driver's license (advantageous but not required). Merits - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in care and health services. - Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency. - Experience working with people with various functional variations.
