I'm a guy living in Kristianstad & I'm a member of Blå Assistans because I want self-chosen & self-directed assistance. Blå Assistans takes on the role of employer for my assistants while I myself choose who I want them to hire. I schedule my assistance & determine the work content of the assistants. My organization strives to ensure that both members, assistants & administrative staff have the competence their work tasks require. Blå Assistans is a nationwide non-profit association run in cooperative form since 1994. The cooperative arranges personal assistance in accordance with LSS intentions, the law that gives people with disabilities "the right to live like others". Personal assistant is the service profession that supports a person with a disability to live the life he/she wants to live. I'm a guy in my 30s with spina bifida, and I'm looking for you, preferably a guy from 25 years and up. I'm mainly looking for someone who can work mornings between 10-12 and it would also be desirable if you have the possibility to step in when my other assistants are sick or absent for other reasons. It may then be necessary to work evening hours between 17-21. My interests are film, history, writing and reading, as well as serial killers (no I'm not a psychopath but I find this interesting) I would like to see that you have similar interests. The schedule is set for morning shifts 10:00 - 12:00 every day of the week and evening shifts from 17:00 - 21:00 every day of the week. I prefer that you who are applying live in Kristianstad as it may be easier for you to work between 10-12.
