The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal relationships, which is why most of our customers and employees are based in Falkenberg. Our goal is to offer more personalized personal assistance. As a customer at NyKraft, you receive individualized assistance tailored to your specific needs. The customer is involved in recruiting and making the final choice of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective bargaining agreement. About the Position: We are seeking a female personal assistant for a 40-year-old woman living just outside Falkenberg. The woman has a strong interest in horses, animals, crafts, walks, and spending time in the garden. Working hours are half-days on weekdays (approximately 3:00 PM–9:00 AM) and full days (12:00 PM–12:00 PM) on weekends. Employment Level: Part-time, 61.6% Start Date: Immediate The customer is a woman living in her own house just outside Falkenberg. The woman needs help with structure in her daily life but can physically perform all tasks herself. You will be present as a social safety net and provide support with social contacts and situations. As an assistant, your duties include helping the customer with all daily activities, assisting with hygiene and personal care. Due to the nature of the customer's diagnosis, it is important that you are a person with presence, can set boundaries, and can easily adapt to another person's needs.
