About the Role As a personal assistant, you work closely with one individual and become an important part of their daily life. Unlike many other care professions, you don't work with multiple clients at the same time, but can focus entirely on the individual's needs, wishes, and quality of life. The work is characterized by calm, continuity, and excellent conditions for building a safe and long-term relationship. During many shifts, there is also dual staffing, which means you work together with a colleague. This contributes to a safe work environment, good onboarding, and close collaboration in daily work.
