About the Position We are seeking a personal assistant for a 48-year-old man with a disability/high-functioning autism. Work is performed in the environment where the assistance recipient is located, primarily at home. Work shifts are scheduled 1-2 days per week between 17:00 and 06:00. We need someone who can work both weekdays and weekends, plus some extra hours during the summer. Who Are You? You are a responsible and honest person who is attentive, empathetic, and confident in yourself. You can work independently as well as in close collaboration with other assistants and the assistance recipient. You are also driven and have the ability to take initiative in various activities. We value prior experience in personal assistance and high-functioning autism, but personal chemistry is of utmost importance to our client.
