Sydassistans is now seeking a personal assistant for a cheerful 48-year-old woman who requires personal assistance due to her disability. The client lives in central Eslöv with her parents. The client has significant support needs and requires assistance with transfers, communication with others, participation in leisure activities, help with eating, personal hygiene, and support during her daily activities. Your workplace is wherever the client is located, which means during visits to daily activities, leisure activities, travel, etc., that location becomes your workplace for the time being. We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, non-smoking, responsible, and patient. The client has a dog, so you cannot have pet allergies. You will work on a rotating schedule with 24-hour shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 PM with overnight accommodations. One of our roles as an assistance provider is to serve as an employer for our clients' personal assistants. We work to enable our clients, despite their disabilities, to live as normal a life as possible. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. The personal assistant's contribution is of great importance to our client's overall living situation. In your role as a personal assistant, you help your client with aspects of life that they would have done themselves if the opportunity existed. As a personal assistant, you become very significant in the client's life.
