Söderort Assistans AB focuses on quality, and it is important that the user has full participation, self-determination, and influence over how their assistance is structured. As an assistance provider, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives the way they want to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. As someone applying for this position, you should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at taking direction. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking initiative. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any experience, as what matters most is that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you will help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the user is located, such as at home or during activities. You will be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work during day, evening, and night shifts. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. We welcome applications prepared with a background check for work with elderly and people with disabilities, as well as an extract from the suspicion register.
