I am satisfied with myself and feel that I have done something good for someone else." Right now we are looking for 1-2 personal assistants for an assistance user in Åsa. We warmly welcome your application! The role of personal assistant at us As a personal assistant, you work mostly alone, but around you there is a team of colleagues. You will work based on the user's individual needs by providing support with personal care, practical household tasks, and leisure activities according to the implementation plan. Your profile You are flexible and comfortable being available for the assistance user's needs. Furthermore, you are accommodating and attentive in your approach. You create a sense of security for the assistance user. You take responsibility and drive your work forward toward goals and deliver results, and you prioritize your work efficiently. You adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in change. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for you as: expresses yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in daily work It is meriting if you have: education focused on healthcare and care, children and leisure, or pedagogy experience working as a personal assistant knowledge and experience of intellectual disabilities. Department of Individual & Family Care | Kungsbacka Municipality Our offer and other information We offer a permanent employment, full-time/part-time, starting by agreement. You will work on a rotating schedule covering all days of the week. Service every other weekend. We plan working hours based on a reduced working time of 37h/week. There is a possibility to work with a lower degree of employment if desired. Please note that a criminal record clearance will need to be presented in connection with employment.
