I am a 50-year-old man living in Vårby Gård. I am seeking you who want a varied workplace with many exciting workdays. You should be strong both physically and mentally as you will also be accompanying me outside the home on travels and other activities. You should be attentive and have good patience. You should be thorough, able to be flexible, reliable, and positive. You are open, humble, and interested in learning new things. You have good physical fitness. When we work together, it is important that you can put your own needs aside. Experience working with wheelchair users is an asset. Knowledge of lifts, PEG, and catheters is an advantage. I am seeking you who want to work part-time. Of course, you also need to be able to work extra when needed as we are a small group of assistants who support each other during illness. With Assistansteamet as your employer, you will receive support and guidance in your daily work as a personal assistant as well as training so that you can act professionally, feel secure and confident in your professional practice.
