Grades 1-3 are housed in a separate building at Morkarlbyhöjdens school, and grades 4-9 are located at Noresskolan. We have two after-school programs. Responsibilities As a pedagogical resource at Adapted Primary School in Mora, you work based on each student's needs, abilities, interests, and development. You meet students with various forms of functional variations throughout the school day and at the after-school program. You provide support in learning and care to ensure the day runs smoothly and contribute to making time at the after-school program meaningful with engaging activities. Qualifications You have secondary education You have previous experience working at an adapted primary school. You have experience working with children and/or young people with intellectual disabilities and/or multiple disabilities. You have experience working with children and/or young people with autism. You have good knowledge and experience within NPF. You have the ability to build secure relationships. You master the Swedish language both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you also have: previous experience working at an adapted primary school. knowledge and experience using AAC, visual supports, and other compensatory aids, as well as using digital learning tools. You are relational, responsive, and clear in your pedagogical leadership and have the ability to motivate and create learning environments focused on inclusion and student participation.
