Responda Group is growing and we're now looking for more driven salespeople for our outbound team. The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, with clear targets and proactive sales through phone calls and digital meetings. With us, you'll work on creating new deals, reactivating previous customers, and selling both our established services and new AI-based solutions, including Responda One. About the Role As a B2B sales representative at Responda, you'll primarily work with outbound sales to companies. You identify business opportunities, contact decision-makers, drive the conversation forward, and close deals. Your main responsibilities will be to: Contact new corporate customers within selected segments Reactivate previous customers Sell Responda's services in telephony, answering services, AI, and customer dialogue Schedule and conduct digital sales meetings Work toward clear activity and sales targets Contribute to a strong, results-oriented sales team You'll be part of a commercial team with a strong focus on growth, structure, and development. The role is clearly sales-driven and suits you if you enjoy making calls, creating opportunities, and seeing the results of your own work. We're Looking for You If You Have sales experience, preferably B2B, outbound, or telephone sales Are fearless, persistent, and used to making many calls Thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear goals Have strong self-motivation and want to influence your own income Are comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers Communicate professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing B2B sales experience is a merit, but what's most important is that you have the right attitude, high activity level, and a desire to develop as a salesperson.
