Job description: Join our Testing team in Karlskrona Are you an organized person with technical interest who thrives in a role with varying tasks? We are now looking for an Order Manager for our testing operations at NKT in Karlskrona. About the Role As an Order Manager with us, you will have a key role in our testing operations where you are responsible for managing and coordinating internal test orders from start to handover. You work closely with our project managers, engineers, and planners to ensure that each test order is feasible, properly planned, and clearly communicated. This is a fixed-term position for the period August 24, 2026 – April 30, 2028. Your Main Responsibilities • Handle incoming test orders and coordinate these between different sites • Perform feasibility assessments according to established processes • Keep track of statistics and follow-up on open cases • Conduct handovers to project managers • Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, India, and Germany • Work on improvements in the order management process You are organized, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where many different functions work together. You will have contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, which means good communication skills and willingness to collaborate are crucial. This is a perfect role for you if you like to juggle multiple tasks, have a technical interest, and want to help ensure that our testing operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you have: • Engineering education or experience with HVDC testing • A structured, organized, and communicative working approach • An interest in testing operations and thrive in a technical environment • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience in order management or project administration is advantageous Contact and Application We review applications on a rolling basis, but recommend that you submit your application by July 5, 2026.
