Your Responsibilities Do you enjoy working in an industrial environment, or are you curious about working in a production setting? Would a full-time position with a 5-shift schedule suit you? Then the operator role at Munters might be perfect for you! As machine operators at Munters, you will operate and monitor machines that manufacture blocks for dehumidification systems. You will primarily work with automated machinery and chemical processes, while also performing basic maintenance tasks. You often work toward set deadlines, which demands efficiency and organization. You are part of a shift team where you collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support one another. Working hours are scheduled on a 5-shift rotation. Your Profile Curiosity and commitment will take you far in this role. We seek a true team player driven by achieving goals together with colleagues. You should also be able to stay calm under pressure and work carefully and methodically to maintain high quality in your work. We prefer candidates with previous experience as an operator in industrial settings or those with practical work experience and a technical interest. You communicate well in Swedish.
