About the client company Gislaved Gummi AB is a global polymer specialist offering innovative and sustainable solutions and advanced products within rubber compounds, gaskets for plate heat exchangers, and extruded profiles. The company has approximately 170 employees and generates revenues of approximately 780 MSEK. Gislaved Gummi is part of the publicly listed HEXPOL, which is a world-leading polymer corporation with approximately 5000 employees in fourteen countries. You will begin your employment with us at Junic and, provided everything works well, transition to employment with the client Your Profile As an operator with us, you have an important role in production where you work with machine monitoring, quality control and material handling. You are also responsible for basic maintenance and cleaning in the manufacturing and processing of rubber products – and actively contribute to ensuring efficient and well-functioning production. We are looking for someone with previous experience from similar tasks, who is technically interested and quality-conscious. If you also have experience from the rubber industry or other process industry, that is a merit. As a person, you are positive, service-oriented and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are structured and have the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Extra plus if you have forklift and traverse certification.
