Operator Needed at Sawmill Outside Ullared

We are now seeking an operator for a sawmill outside Ullared. In this role, you will contribute to smooth production by monitoring and managing material flow, identifying and addressing disruptions, and ensuring product quality. You will work with both visual inspection and measurement. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Uniflex and hired out to one of our customers in the industrial sector. You will work 06:00-17:00 four days a week on a rotating schedule. The work involves: noticing and reporting maintenance needs making machine adjustments when production changes performing basic troubleshooting and repairs You will become part of a cohesive team where collaboration, communication, and the ability to both give and receive instructions are crucial to success. The work is flexible, which means you may also support other parts of the operation and broaden your expertise. Qualifications We place great emphasis on your personality and your willingness to develop – previous experience is not decisive as you will receive the introduction and training required on-site.
