About the Position Do you enjoy working hands-on with machinery and like to tinker and repair? Then you might be the person we're looking for! We are seeking you to join our client in Anderstorp in a practical role working directly with machines. As an operator, you will run and monitor machinery in the metal industry. Your tasks will include setting up, adjusting, and changing tools. You'll perform routine maintenance and simple repairs, as well as ensure the quality of produced components. The machines are not fully automatic, which means the work requires a genuine interest in mechanics and practical skills. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in industrial work, preferably in the metal industry Is comfortable tinkering, repairing, and solving practical problems Can read technical drawings and use measurement tools Holds a forklift certification and has experience operating reach forklifts and counterbalance trucks Has a good understanding of mechanics Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious Enjoys working independently but also as part of a team Work hours are daytime shifts, and we prefer candidates who live in the local area, as the intention is for you to transition to permanent employment with our client after the staffing period.
