About the Role In this role, you will lead and coordinate daily work in assembly and production. You serve as the first point of contact for technicians and assemblers, conduct morning meetings, and manage daily planning. The work is both operational and coordinating in nature, where you are expected to act as a technician to the same extent as a leader – you need to have strong technical understanding to support the team and ensure quality in the work. Travel may occur in the job, where you and the team install machines at customer sites according to assembly instructions. Your Experience We are looking for someone with strong technical interest and practical experience in, for example, engines, automobiles, machine assembly, or similar fields. You have previous experience working in assembly or production and preferably have had a coordinating or team lead role. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy coordinating people. It is a merit if you have knowledge in low-voltage/electrical work for troubleshooting, experience with machine installation at customer sites, and a background in manufacturing industry or technical production. English is a requirement – you must be able to communicate fluently with customers and suppliers in daily work.
