Atria is now seeking an operational procurement specialist for a tight-knit team responsible for procuring large portions of the material used within Atria Sweden. This ranges from spices and packaging materials to trade goods and other input materials needed for production to run smoothly every day. Your Future Challenge Atria has made major investments in Sköllersta over recent years, and development continues. The operation is growing, and the facility has taken on an increasingly important role in the Swedish organization. Here you'll find a modern production environment where many functions work closely together to ensure quality, supply reliability, and efficiency. As an operational procurement specialist, you'll be part of a small team with close collaboration and short decision-making paths. The team works tightly together and has built efficient working methods and strong relationships—both internally and externally—over recent years. The role involves daily contact with suppliers, in-house production, goods reception, and other parts of the operation. You'll work with orders, order confirmations, delivery follow-up, and ensure that the right materials are in place when needed. At the same time, the role is broader than many might think. The procurement function plays an important role in new product development, changed customer requirements, and sustainability issues. When new products are developed, new raw materials are to be introduced, or new supplier solutions need to be evaluated, procurement is a natural part of the process. At the same time, you need to be organized, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. We would like to see that you have: 2–5 years of experience in operational procurement. Good administrative skills and an organized work approach. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious: Experience with the business system M3. Experience from manufacturing industry or production operations. Experience with supplier contacts and delivery monitoring.
