Office & Project Manager – Full-time (start by agreement) We are looking for a structured and driven Office & Project Manager who wants to be a key person in our organization. The role combines administration, planning, and project management, with a focus on creating structure, driving development, and ensuring that our daily operations and projects run smoothly. You will work broadly with coordination, government contacts, and development of collaborations within tourism. The role also includes responsibility for internal planning, meeting structure, and staffing, particularly during peak season. Your main areas of responsibility: Coordination of office and operations-related tasks Management of external contacts, permits, and administrative processes Planning and coordination of projects and collaborations Structuring of internal meetings, schedules, and workflows Support in overall planning and development of the organization We are looking for someone who is organized, self-driven, and has a strong ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.
