About the Role As a quotation coordinator, you will become a key person at the interface between customer, procurement, and production. You are responsible for analyzing inquiries, preparing calculations, and creating comprehensive production plans with a focus on welded and machined constructions. You ensure that our quotations are technically correct, cost-effective, and meet customer requirements, and you contribute to giving production the right conditions for efficient execution. Your main responsibilities: Prepare calculations and quotations based on drawings and technical documentation Prepare production orders with a focus on welding and machining Procurement of materials and external services related to projects and orders Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and customer requirements Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal functions Ensure that documentation, procedures, and certification requirements are followed Qualifications: Documented experience with planning/quotation preparation in the manufacturing industry Experience with a focus on welding, preferably in combination with machining Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings Technical education at upper secondary school level or equivalent experience Good communication skills and experience with customer and supplier contacts Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience with cost calculation and quotation work Knowledge of production technology Experience with business systems, for example Monitor Knowledge of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and business-minded.
