About Your Workplace, the Base Unit: The Base Unit is a relatively new department responsible for staffing, administration, and scheduling. The unit consists of a total of 6 coordinators with slightly different assignments. There is one coordinator who primarily provides support for recruitment and administration, one welfare coordinator, and 4 coordinators focused on the staffing division—this is where you come in! As a coordinator, you are an extension of the employer function, which means you serve as both an operational and managerial support in your role. Together with your colleagues, you will be based at Solgården elderly centers, which is the municipality's elderly residential facility and serves as the focal point for many in health and care services. Your working hours will include occasional weekend work approximately every 4th week and sometimes on public holidays. This is because health and care services operate 24/7, which means staffing is needed during weekends as well. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a coordinator for scheduling, administration, and staffing, your primary tasks will include managing temporary staff on a daily basis, detailed planning within home care services, and work with scheduling and administration. Daily detailed planning means you plan user services against employees' work schedules to ensure all services are provided in daily operations. Vacancy management involves handling sick leave reports and filling vacancies where needed, as well as booking our pool staffing out in operations as required. Scheduling involves creating sick leave schedules, maintaining existing work schedules, and actively updating schedule prerequisites in terms of competencies and staffing needs in our scheduling and staffing system. We currently use Visma Medvind for both temporary staff booking and scheduling. As a coordinator, you will also provide managerial support to managers, which means you need to assist managers with certain administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in personnel administration, economics, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Since you will be working with health and care services, we consider it important that you have previous experience in health and care, either through having worked long-term in the field or in a planning role in corresponding operations. We also expect you to have previous experience in administrative work. We also expect that you have good knowledge of or interest in staffing economics, the ability to convert statistics into usable formats, knowledge of laws and regulations regarding work time planning, and good system proficiency. Furthermore, as a person, we expect you to work independently, take your own initiative, and structure your work. You are organized and solution-oriented, communicative and service-minded, and have high integrity. We also consider good teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize under time pressure important. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01 Start date is by mutual agreement. Working hours: Shift work.
