We are now looking for a new colleague with high work ethic for a 23-year-old guy. We are looking for someone who takes a long-term view in developing your relationship with the customer. Music, walks, and reading books are the guy's interests and you appreciate the same. You should have retained your childlike nature but not be childish. The customer appreciates assistants who dare to be themselves and with whom he can laugh, sing, and have fun together. Positive, happy people are sought! As a person, you see opportunities and solutions instead of problems. The recruitment mainly concerns position/s at approximately 80% employment level and we are also looking for temporary staff. With us, you will work in the home of a guy with an ultra-rare syndrome. Autism is part of the syndrome as well as severe visual impairment, which is why we are looking for someone who can work in a structured manner and with a very great understanding of communication and preparation in all parts of the day. You should be quick-thinking and creative in your approach. Work shifts vary between day/evening and weekends and large parts of the day consist of dual assistance. The shifts are distributed 9-19:30 and 10:00-21:30. You should be able to work both. Since large parts of the day consist of dual assistance, you will have great support from a colleague as new to the job. In your application, you must state your citizenship.
