Qualifications: Completed principal's education or ongoing You are well familiar with the curriculum's goals and other legislation based on the principal's role Experience working in preschool operations Experience with budget work and work environment Knowledge and experience in leading systematic quality work at the unit level Contributes to the preschool's value-based work through a democratic approach that encourages participation and interaction Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. You have good knowledge of Office365 What do we offer you? We offer you close leadership from the school principal as well as close cooperation and collegial learning in the principal's team. We meet in our principal's team once a month to follow up on processes, develop, and learn from each other. Additionally, we have twice a year on conference days where all principals participate with a focus on leadership and professional development. Other information Employment form: Permanent Scope: 100% Start date: Immediately We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
