Hallstahammar Cultural School serves all children and young people in the municipality. Here, children are at the center. It is their desire, curiosity, and motivation that shape and develop our activities. Here children and young people can choose to play various instruments, dance, take film lessons, and work with music production. FMT is one of our activity areas that we conduct in close collaboration with adapted primary school and its after-school programs. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Cultural School is seeking an educator who has the ability to work flexibly based on students' prerequisites, needs, and interests. You have a student-centered approach and FMT is one of the tools in your toolkit. You collaborate with student health services, adapted primary school, and the adapted primary school's after-school programs to create music activities for children and young people with various types of functional variations. In most cases, you receive your students through student health services and the school. You can work independently in contact with students, guardians, and school staff, and you also collaborate with colleagues at the Cultural School as needed, based on what is best for the children. The position is 20% one day per week. QUALIFICATIONS You have music education training, are FMT trained, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent.
