About the Job We are looking for a Music teacher for fall 2026. This is a temporary position at 40%, two days per week. Västra School is an independent middle school for grades 7-9 located in central Kalmar. The school is part of the CIS Group. We are looking for someone with great passion for music. You are a person with positive expectations and are ready to work hard and purposefully so that all students can become the best version of themselves. You are humble toward new knowledge and have a desire to constantly develop in your teaching role. You put our core values and the students' wellbeing first. You know that a sense of security is a prerequisite for developing knowledge and do not shy away from the adult role. Furthermore, you have good self-awareness, are a good organizer and communicator with the ability to make the best of the time we have together with students, guardians, and each other.
