Movant Seeks Ventilation Installation Consultants for Training Assignment Movant is now looking for experienced training consultants or consulting firms specializing in ventilation installation for upcoming upskilling and reskilling assignments targeting major companies in the construction sector. The training is based in Gothenburg with all of Sweden as the recruitment area. Assignment Focus The assignment aims to train new ventilation installers who are undergoing a career transition. The assignment has affiliated companies that will employ the trainees afterward, and the recruitment process prior to admission is thorough. As an instructor, you will teach both practical and theoretical content over 12 weeks, including: Work Environment Tools and Machinery Drawings and Technical Descriptions Dalux System (3D System) Assembly Instructions System Configuration Self-Inspections Service and Customer Relations Building Process Material Handling Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you if you: Operate your own business with F-tax status or represent a consulting firm Have solid experience in Ventilation Have the ability to create pedagogical, structured, and practical training sessions Are confident in your role as an instructor/mentor Can work independently and deliver according to agreed timelines Pedagogical training is desirable but not required. About the Collaboration Movant AB enters into a consulting agreement for each assignment. Each assignment is defined by: Clear assignment description Expected deliverables Timeline and training structure Fee The assignment is conducted in Movant's premises in Gothenburg.
