About the role As an assembler with us, you will be an important part of our production. You will work together with experienced colleagues in a team where responsibility, collaboration, and quality are important parts of everyday work. This role is perfect for you if you are practical-minded, have experience with assembly or similar industrial work, and enjoy working in a structured way according to instructions, drawings, and established quality standards. The work can sometimes be physically demanding. We are looking for someone who is qualified for the role, has the right attitude toward work, and understands the importance of delivering high-quality work in every step. Your responsibilities As an assembler, you will, among other things: Assemble products according to instructions and production documentation Perform practical tasks in production Verify that work meets the correct quality standards Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-organized production Collaborate with colleagues and other parts of the organization Participate in improvement initiatives regarding work methods and production We are looking for someone who We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and has a clear focus on quality. You thrive in a team, but also have the ability to take your own initiative and drive your work forward. We would appreciate it if you: Have experience with assembly, production, or industrial work Have practical skills and are used to production pace Can work independently based on instructions and quality requirements Are thorough, flexible, and solution-oriented Understand the importance of quality, order, and responsibility Speak and write both Swedish and English A forklift license is a merit, but not a requirement.
