Molnet Personal Care is a personal care services provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and strong commitment to both clients and assistants. We are now seeking dedicated and reliable temporary workers to support our clients receiving personal care assistance. As a personal care assistant, you will work in the client's home and local environment to provide daily support. Work duties vary depending on the client's needs but often include assisting with personal care, communication, mobility, activities, and household tasks. You work in close collaboration with the client and are an important part of their life and independence. You should be an attentive, positive, empathetic, confident, and calm person with strong commitment to the personal care profession. Being flexible and available is highly valued. It is important that you understand the importance of professionalism in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the client.
