WORK DUTIES As a mechanic with us, you work with everything from service to qualified troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs both independently and together with colleagues. Work is planned in close collaboration with the workshop manager, which gives you good opportunities to influence your own daily work and development. You have ongoing dialogue with your direct manager regarding your development opportunities, and we place great emphasis on creating the right conditions for both you and the business to grow. As a technician in the bus industry, you'll have the opportunity to work broadly. Our vehicles include high-voltage, gas, and traditional diesel powertrains, with complex signal and comfort systems grounded in mechanics. This means you develop broad expertise that makes you very strong across the entire vehicle industry. All employees receive comprehensive onboarding upon start. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: - Vehicle technology education at upper secondary level or experience in vehicle technology work, preferably in buses or other heavy vehicles - Knowledge or familiarity with diagnostic tools or other specialized expertise - Category B driver's license - Good computer skills - Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is advantageous if you have: - Category C and/or D driver's licenses - Ability to express yourself in English and other languages To thrive with us and in this work, you should be thorough, focused, and flexible, and possess good cooperation skills.
