When you submit your application, you answer a few selection questions. We don't accept CVs and cover letters, so it's important that you answer the questions thoroughly. After submitting your application, you'll receive a test sent to your email. It's a service test to give us a picture of how you handle different situations that can come up during a day at MAX. It takes at most 15 minutes to complete and also gives you an idea of what it's like to work at MAX and what you can expect. Once you've completed the test, we'll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline expires. Please note that the service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we will not move forward with candidates who don't complete it.
