Now we're looking for you to help us create world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—in terms of quality, speed, and service. You work as part of a team with varying responsibilities: serving guests, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, working in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and managing the cash register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy with digital training. Main Responsibilities Serve guests, provide friendly service, and create world-class service experiences Keep the restaurant clean and tidy Prepare burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen Manage the cash register and ensure guests receive their orders Work as part of a team and support your colleagues What Do We Offer? For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend answering the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can arise in everyday MAX operations, where you describe how you would respond. This gives you a good early picture of what it's like to work at MAX. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't advance, you'll be notified by email. We process applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
