Main Responsibilities: As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you play a central role in our operations and are an important contact person for our customers. Your daily tasks include: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional and attentive service Working proactively with service and sales based on customer needs Managing our rental inventory Providing clear and reassuring guidance to our customers Qualifications: We value your attitude and willingness to develop. You have a genuine interest in people and thrive in a role where you collaborate and build relationships. For success in this role, we'd like to see that you: Are communicative, attentive, and comfortable meeting with others Have an organized work approach and strong administrative skills Take responsibility, show initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment Have the ability to understand and meet customer needs in a professional manner Experience from rental operations, the construction industry, or customer service is a merit, but not required.
