Dafgårds is in a growth phase and is making investments to ensure we can continue growing in the future. The kitchen facility in Källby never stands still, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees. Production is developing rapidly with new processes and increased automation of existing production lines. We therefore need to expand our technical team with several key personnel to ensure the company's processes run smoothly. The company has maintenance departments that handle both corrective and preventive work. We are now recruiting a Machine Setter for our production facility in Källby. Responsibilities In your role as Machine Setter, you will work in one of our production departments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring daily operations, addressing acute issues, performing preventive maintenance, driving improvement initiatives in the department, and participating in projects. Qualifications and Attributes We would appreciate it if you have previous experience with repair work and a strong commitment to technical and machinery matters. We also see that you have an interest in industrial automation and are able to work with freedom and responsibility. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate, communicate, and provide service to our production departments. This position involves shift work.
