We are seeking a Tool Setter for our Machining Department. Do you want to work in a modern and technically advanced production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are in focus? Now we are looking for a dedicated tool setter for our machining operations! As a setter, you will have a central role in our production where you are responsible for setting up, rigging, and optimizing tools to ensure high quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the production team and actively contribute to improvements in processes and work methods. The role is varied and developmental, with great opportunities to be involved in technical solutions and improvement work. What You Will Do Your main tasks include working with: • Setup, rigging, and inspection of tools both outside and in CNC machines • Evaluating tool wear to increase tool life • Troubleshooting related to tools in production and development projects • Laser marking of tool holders and tools • Ordering tools What We Are Looking For • Experience in machining technology and CNC environments • Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems • Good understanding of safety and work environment Who Are You?
