Job Duties: As a machine operator with us, you are a key player in our production. You will: Independently operate and monitor one or more of our advanced machines Ensure that our products maintain the highest quality – every day Be part of a team that supports each other and solves problems together Contribute to continuously improving our processes Who will thrive in this role? You may have experience from industry – perhaps not. But you have the right attitude: Are curious, technically interested, and not afraid to get your hands dirty Think quality in every step Have a forklift license (AB) B driver's license and access to a car, as the company does not have public transportation options Speak and write Swedish without issues Can pass a color blindness test Extra plus if you have cable manufacturing training! Additional Information Location: Grimsås Work hours: Shift work – day, evening, and night Start: As soon as possible or by agreement What happens after you apply?
