Motordesign Sweden AB manufactures innovative components in small series for racing engines—products of very high quality with tight tolerances focused on world-class motorsports. Motordesign Sweden AB is seeking a self-directed, knowledgeable individual who can set up, program, operate, and control the products we manufacture on lathes and milling machines. We perform both single-piece and small-batch production as well as limited series runs, so the work is highly varied and requires flexibility and professional expertise. The work demands precision. On-site, we have a CNC lathe and a 3-axis milling machine as well as a 5-axis milling machine, all Haas brand equipment. We machine various materials, primarily aluminum and steel. Job Responsibilities As a CNC operator, you will work to ensure and quality control the daily production flow. You will program and set up the machine according to orders. Monitor and be responsible for material supply to the machine and perform quality control checks on the produced material. Daily reporting and documentation. • Programming & machine setup • Quality checks using measuring tools • Daily reporting and documentation • Machine monitoring & operation Desired Experience • Experience working as a CNC operator, primarily with milling machines. • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. • Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software (Fusion) is a plus. • Ability to work carefully and independently. • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool handling. • Monitor machines during production to ensure correct operation. • Handle and maintain tools and equipment Salary by agreement.
