About the Position As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs as it should. You work to monitor, adjust, and ensure that machines and production lines maintain the correct level in terms of operation, quality, and efficiency. Your tasks include: • Starting up and monitoring machines • Adjusting and troubleshooting as needed • Ensuring correct quality in production • Performing simple inspections and maintenance • Contributing to an efficient and safe production flow Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from industry, production, or machine operation, and who has good technical understanding. You thrive in a fast-paced production environment, have a natural flow of thinking, and understand the importance of quality, structure, and efficiency in daily work. You are flexible in your work approach, stay calm when the pace increases, and have a positive approach to working with others. The position also requires a counterweight forklift license. About the Employment Placement: Älgarås Scope: Full-time Start: Immediately You will be employed by Skill and work as a consultant for one of our clients in Älgarås. The assignment starts by agreement and typically begins with a 6-month period, with good opportunities for extension or takeover by the client.
